The home screen shows the game broken into sections — Soul, Attack, Defence, Kicking, Set-piece, Opposition and more. Tap a tile to open a section, then tap a page to read it.
Use ‹ Back to go back one step and ⌂ Home to return to the tiles. The search bar finds any page fast.
Team plans, line-outs, images and PDFs open just like a page — scroll to read, pinch to zoom on the pictures. What the coaches upload is exactly what you see, arrows and all. Coaches can also drop in video clips — they play right inside the page, just tap the play button.
The Media section holds video footage of the opposition’s matches. Tap the Media tile, open a clip and tap play to watch. Use the search bar to find a clip by name.
When a coach records or writes an official message it shows under ★ Me in 📢 Team messages. Tap the play button to listen or watch, then tap 👍 Got it so the coaches can see who’s across it.
Tap the 💬 button up top to open the team chat for this week’s Test — a group chat everyone can post in. Type a message, or tap 🎙 voice / 🎥 video to record one on your phone. Scroll up and down to catch up; your name shows on your messages. Keep it sharp and positive.
A coach can pin a voice note, video note or typed note to a specific document, image or clip — open the item and you’ll see the note right underneath it. Tap play to listen or watch.
On the home screen tap the 🎵 Team Jukebox button to open the player, then tap a song to play (tap again to pause). It plays through the list on its own. You’ll get a notification when the coaches add new music. Crank it up before kick-off.
Tap ★ Me for your match-day hub: the fixture, the kick-off countdown, weather, the day’s schedule, the coaches’ note and the team messages. You choose your position(s) once when you first sign in. Once the matchday 23 is named, a “My goal for this Test” box appears here for you to fill in the day before.
Where you see a What-if box you can type your own thinking for a scenario — it’s yours to jot down.
Tap 🧠 Playbook in the top bar to answer a quick quiz or poll from the coaches. On a quiz you’ll see straight away if you got it right; a poll just gathers the group’s view — no wrong answer. If there’s nothing to answer yet, it’ll say so.
The first time you open the app, tap Turn on match alerts and allow notifications. Then your phone buzzes whenever the coaches post a message or add a new document, video or note — e.g. “🎥 New video in Attack”. Tap the alert to jump straight in. Tapped it away by mistake? You can still switch alerts on in your phone’s Settings → Notifications for War Room.
Everything for the day sits under ★ Me — the countdown, weather and running order go live on game day. Tap ✓ I’ve read the match plan so the coaches know you’re across it. The home screen stays clean: just messages, the jukebox, search and the section tiles.
You have view-only access — read, watch and listen to everything. Coaches keep it all up to date.
